A heavy glass vase by René Lalique featuring his Méandres pattern from 1934. The French definition of Méandres is the winding meanders of a river or winds. The waved pattern that wraps around this vase is accentuated by recessed light gray textured bands. The piece is stamped ‘R. LALIQUE FRANCE’ on its base and is in good condition with minimal wear appropriate to its age.
