A round, lidded vanity box by Milanese silversmith Fratelli Cacchione (1889-present). Ornamented with raised, swirling bands and a blank circular cabochon on the lid top. Vermeil gold-washed interior. Founded in 1889, Fratelli Cacchione has supplied silver creations to exclusive retailers including Tiffany, Cartier, Harry Winston and Asprey. In good condition with wear appropriate to its age.
